veterans. Karl Girty, in conjunction with the ZOE
Church, has initiated a can collection to raise money
to help launch this fund. This fund is for local
veterans. St. Gregory's will be taking up a dime

We are calling
upon our fellow parishioners to partner up with us in
obtaining baskets of all sizes and items for the auction.
We need baskets, fillers, ribbon and all those types of
supplies to make our baskets.
You might consider donating a basket to be auctioned
off- it would be a wonderful way for your family to
contribute to the effort. Or each of you has a favorite
place to eat out, purchase groceries or gasoline, take
the dry cleaning, return movie rentals, get your hair
cut and your teeth cleaned (ha), etc. Stop and think
about the numerous places you visit throughout
the week for everyday tasks. In the next few weeks as
you go about your weekly tasks, please mention our
event and ask if the merchant would like to donate an
item. Call the school office 242-4449 so we can arrange
to pick up the donation from either you or the merchant.
Remember even the smallest of contributions are
valuable. They can be combined with other donations
to create an auction basket.
As always, Thank You for your continued prayers and
support of our students and Saint Joseph School.
