Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (commonly referred to as Eucharistic Ministers), perform a sacred and much needed role during the Mass and outside of the church building.  Eucharistic Ministers assist the Priest and Deacon in the distribution of the Holy Body & Blood of Christ during Communion.  Outside of the church, Eucharistic Ministers take Communion to those who are home-bound or sick in the hospital.

To become an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at St. Gregory the Great, contact the Parish Secretary at 580.233.4589.  Because these ministers are approved by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and are commissioned at Mass on the Feast of Christ the King, the submission of paperwork with your intent must be submitted to the Archdiocese by mid-November.

Share Christ with those around you by volunteering for this very important ministry.
